How to order?
  • Simply select your items add into your cart.
  • Select your preferred pick up / delivery date and time.
  • Fill up your personal and delivery details (if applicable) and proceed to check out.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you if your order has been placed successfully.
Pick up or deliveries or SF Express
  • Studio will only open for order pick up appointment.
  • Direct delivery service is available at flat rate: HK Island $100 ; Kowloon $150 ; NT $190 ; Except outlying Island and airport area.
  • SF Express services is only available for any lamington cube boxes purchases, from Monday to Friday , delivery time can not be requested and expect from 10am-8pm.
Can I change the pick up date/time/location?

We required 24hours notification to be given if you would like to change your pick up date/time/location. Please kindly contact us directly via WhatsApp 6506 2403.
Can I change the items that I had ordered?
  • Only limited modifications can be made at the same or above value of your original order, 48hours notice is required in most cases.
  • Please note that no refund can be made after your order has been placed successfully. For any questions, please contact us directly via WhatsApp 6506 2403.
Can I cancel my order?
  • All our items are made to order, no refund can be made after your order has been place successfully.
  • However, you may change your pick up date for any changes of your event, 48 hours is required for any changes. Please contact us directly via WhatsApp 6506 2403.
Extreme weather warning

We highly recommend you to notify us at least 24hours in advance for any postpone arrangement due to any extreme weather conditions, no refund can be made in all cases.

  • Delivery services will not be available in the event of T8 or above , as well as Red rain or black rain warnings.
  • Self pick up is available when extreme weather warnings or emergency conditions has been eased.
  • Please expect delay on pick up time and delivery time, we will contact you prior for the update arrangements.
