Order & Confirmation
How to order?
To place an order,
- Simply select your items and add into your cart.
- When you are ready to check out, review your cart and confirm your order.
- Select your preferred pick up/delivery date and time.
- Fill up all personal details and proceed to payment.
How many days in advance to place an order?
- 3days advance notice is required to all standard items(Non-customised items).
- For order less than 3days, we may check up our availabilities, please kindly contact us directly at whatspp 6506 2403.
Will I receive confirmation after I placed an order?
- Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to you within 24hours if your order has gone through successfully.
- If you haven't received anything, please whatsapp us at 6506 2403.
Pick Up and deliveries
Opening hours & How to collect my order?
- Pick up time between 10am-7pm
- We are located at Room C6, 11/F Sing Teck Factory building, Wong Chun Hang.
- 3mins from MTR station, take exit A2 and go across the road and car park entry from Yip Fat St.
- For driving, please turn left from Yip Fat Street, our building is located at the first left corner.
SF Express Pick up or deliveries
Official time frame for arrival, Monday to Friday 9am-8pm. Based on our experience, 90% of orders arrived on same day, 10% arrived on next day.
We are using SF Express cold chain services for pick up and deliveries. Cooler bag and ice packs will also provided to store your goods.
- For self-pick up: You will get notified by SF express when your order has arrived at the pick up point.
- For deliveries: Delivery time request is not available. You will receive a call from SF express driver to finalised delivery arrangement.
Can I collect my order from MTR station?
We do understand that delivery cost is very high and we always try to have the best offers to our customers.
We offered limited collection from MTR stations and you may find the exact rate at check out page.
How much does delivery cost?
Lalamove or Gogovan delivery service is available and pick up from G/F is required.
- HK Island districts: from $120
- Kowloon districts: from $170
- NT districts :from $200-$300
- Delivery to Outlying Island and Airport Area are unavailable.
Change/Cancellation/Refund Policies
Can I change the pick up date/time/location?
We required 48hours notification to be given to change your pick up date/time/location. Please kindly contact us directly via whatsapp 6506 2403.
Can I change the items that I had ordered?
Only limited modifications can be made at the same or above value of your original order, and 48hours is required in most cases.
Please note that no refund can be made after your order has been placed successfully.

Can I cancel my order?
All our items only made to order, no refund can be made after your order has been placed successfully.
However, you may change your pick up date for your next event, for any changes, we required at least 48 hours notice.

Extreme weather warning
We highly recommend you to notify us at least 24hours in advance if you would like to postpone your order due to extreme weather conditions, no refund can be made in all cases.
- Devliery service will not be available in the event of Typhoon 8 or above/Black Rain/Red Rain.
- Self pick up will only available when extreme weather warning or emergancy conditions has been eased.
- Delivery time / Pick up time will be delayed, we will contact you for the latest arrangements.
